After your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.

Payment

We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, and other available payment methods.

Available payment methods can be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping

After your order is confirmed, we usually ship within 5–8 business days.

Orders of ¥10,000 or more, including tax, are eligible for free shipping.

For orders under ¥10,000, including tax, a shipping fee of ¥800 will be charged.

Depending on the delivery status or order details, shipping may take longer than usual.

About Natural Stones

Each natural stone used by LUNARI has its own unique color, pattern, transparency, and inclusions.

Even stones of the same type will not have exactly the same appearance.

We make every effort to show product colors as accurately as possible in our photos, but the actual color may appear different depending on your viewing environment.

Please enjoy these differences as part of the unique character of natural stones.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a defect with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After confirming the details, we will respond with a return or exchange as appropriate.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to differences in natural stone color, pattern, or inclusions, differences from the customer’s image, or other customer-related reasons.

Cancellations

As a general rule, cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been completed.
