Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online store operated by LUNARI (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).
By using our Store, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
■ Use of the Store
Customers shall use the Store in accordance with these Terms and any policies established by the Store.
The Store may change product details, prices, services, and various policies when necessary.
■ Products
The natural stone accessories sold by our Store are made using natural materials. Therefore, each item may vary in color, pattern, transparency, inclusions, cracks, and how it reflects light.
We make every effort to display product images as close as possible to the actual colors. However, the appearance and colors may differ depending on the device, viewing environment, and lighting conditions.
Please enjoy these unique characteristics as part of the natural beauty of each stone.
■ Orders
Customers may place orders by selecting desired products on the product page, adding them to the cart, and entering the required information.
After completing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
The order will be considered accepted once the order confirmation email has been sent.
However, we may cancel an order if there are issues such as inventory availability, payment status, incorrect registration information, suspected fraudulent activity, or if we determine that accepting the order is inappropriate.
■ Prices
Product prices are based on the prices displayed on each product page.
The Store reserves the right to change product prices when necessary.
In principle, price changes made after an order has been confirmed will not apply to already completed orders.
Please check product pages and the checkout page for details regarding prices, shipping fees, and other charges.
■ Payment
Available payment methods are displayed on the checkout page.
Currently, the following payment methods are available:
・Credit Card Payment
・Apple Pay
・Google Pay
Payments will be confirmed at the time of ordering or at the timing specified by each payment service provider.
The terms and conditions of each payment service provider shall apply to the use of such services.
■ Shipping
Shipping methods, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times shall be governed by our separate “Shipping Policy.”
After order and payment confirmation, orders are normally shipped within 3–5 business days.
After shipment, delivery within Japan usually takes approximately 5–10 business days.
However, delivery may take longer than usual due to order volume, weather conditions, transportation circumstances, carrier conditions, customs procedures, peak seasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.
■ Shipping Fees
For deliveries within Japan, shipping fees are as follows:
・Orders of ¥5,000 or more: Free shipping
・Orders under ¥5,000: Shipping fee of ¥800 (including tax)

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be handled in accordance with our separate “Return and Refund Policy.”
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been used
・Products damaged or stained due to customer responsibility
・Products more than 8 days after delivery
In addition, differences in natural stone characteristics, including color, pattern, transparency, inclusions, cracks, and light reflection, as well as differences in appearance from product photos, are considered natural characteristics of the material and generally will not be regarded as product defects.
For defective products, damaged products, incorrect shipments, or other issues caused by our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For customer-requested returns, the customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
■ Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted only for orders that have not yet been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted.
■ Customer Accounts
When customers register an account or use account functions, they must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
We shall not be responsible for delays in delivery, inability to contact customers, or other disadvantages caused by incorrect registration information, unless such issues are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
■ Use by Minors
Customers under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using our Store.
■ Prohibited Activities
Customers must not engage in the following activities:
・Providing false information
・Placing orders while impersonating another person
・Using the Store for illegal or improper purposes
・Engaging in fraudulent payments or fraudulent orders
・Causing damage to the Store or third parties
・Interfering with the operation of the Store
・Unauthorized use of product images, text, logos, designs, or other content
・Activities that violate laws or public morals
・Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Store
■ Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to images, text, logos, designs, product descriptions, and other content displayed on our Store belong to LUNARI or their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or copying of such content without prior permission from the Store is prohibited.

■ External Services and Links
Our Store may use external services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, social media integration, and other service functions.
The terms of use and privacy policies of each external service provider may apply when using such services.
■ Handling of Personal Information
The handling of customers’ personal information shall be governed by our separate “Privacy Policy.”
■ Disclaimer
While we strive to maintain accurate product information and quality control, except where required by law, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or reliability of all information provided on our Store.
We shall not be responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, communication failures, shipping delays, transportation issues, system failures, customs procedures, payment service failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We shall also not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from customers’ use of or inability to use our Store.
■ Changes to These Terms
The Store may revise these Terms when necessary due to changes in laws, services, or other circumstances.
Revised Terms shall become effective when posted on this page.
