At LUNARI, we carefully pack each order and ship it to our customers with care.

■ Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region.
For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 days.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to order volume, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

■ Shipping Fees

For orders shipped within Japan, free shipping is available for orders of ¥10,000 or more including tax.
For orders under ¥10,000 including tax, the shipping fee displayed at checkout will apply.

For orders shipped to the United States, free shipping is available for orders of USD $100 or more.
For orders under USD $100, a shipping fee of USD $20 will apply.

For other countries and regions, please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

■ Shipping Address

Orders will be shipped to the address entered at the time of purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we may not be able to change the shipping address after the order has been confirmed.

■ Long-Term Absence or Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to long-term absence, an incorrect address, or incomplete address information, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Please make sure to receive your package within the carrier’s storage period.

■ International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
