At LUNARI, we have established the following return, exchange, and refund policy so that customers can shop with confidence.
■ Returns and Exchanges
If there is a defect with your item, or if you receive an item different from your order, please contact us through the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
After confirming the details, we will respond with a return or exchange as appropriate.
■ Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・More than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered
・The item has been used
・The item has been damaged, stained, or broken after delivery to the customer
・Returns or exchanges due to differences in natural stone color, patterns, or inclusions
・Returns or exchanges due to customer-related reasons, such as differences from the customer’s image or differences in size impression
・Items returned without prior contact
Each natural stone has its own unique color, pattern, transparency, and inclusions.
We make every effort to show product colors as accurately as possible in our photos, but the actual color may appear different depending on your viewing environment.
Please enjoy these differences as part of the unique character of natural stones.
■ Refunds
After we receive and confirm the returned item, if the item is eligible for a refund, the refund will usually be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
The time required for the refund to be completed may vary depending on the payment provider.
■ Return Shipping Fees
If the return or exchange is due to a defective item or an incorrect delivery, our store will cover the return shipping fee.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer-related reasons.
■ Cancellations
As a general rule, cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been completed.
