After shipment, delivery within Japan usually takes approximately 5–10 business days.

For deliveries within Japan:
・Orders of ¥5,000 or more: Free shipping
・Orders under ¥5,000: Shipping fee ¥800 (tax included)
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted if customers contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email in advance.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been used
・Products damaged or stained due to customer responsibility
・Products received more than 8 days ago
Return Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges caused by our responsibility, such as defective products, damage, or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs will be covered by the Store.
For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
