For deliveries within Japan:
- Orders of 5,000 yen or more: Free shipping
- Orders under 5,000 yen: Shipping fee 800 yen (tax included)
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email in advance.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used
- Products damaged or stained due to the customer’s responsibility
- Products returned more than 8 days after delivery
Return Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is caused by our responsibility, such as defective products, damage, or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
