These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the online store operated by LUNARI (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
Customers who use our Store are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Use of the Store
Customers shall use the Store in accordance with these Terms and any other policies established by the Store.
The Store may change product details, prices, services, policies, and other information when necessary.
Products
The natural stone accessories sold by our Store are made using natural materials. Therefore, each item may have individual differences in color, patterns, transparency, inclusions, cracks, shine, and other characteristics.
Product images are displayed as close as possible to the actual product. However, depending on the customer's device, display settings, environment, and lighting conditions, the actual product may differ in color or appearance from the images shown.
Please enjoy these unique characteristics as part of the natural beauty of natural stones.
Orders
Customers may place orders by adding desired products to the cart and entering the required information on the product page.
After completing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
The order will be considered accepted once the order confirmation email has been sent.
However, the Store may cancel an order if there are issues with inventory availability, payment status, incorrect registration information, suspected fraudulent use, or if the Store determines that accepting the order is inappropriate for any other reason.
Prices
Product prices shall be based on the prices displayed on each product page.
The Store reserves the right to change product prices when necessary.
In principle, price changes made after an order has been confirmed will not apply to orders that have already been completed.

Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed on the checkout page.
Currently, the following payment methods are available:
- Credit Card Payment
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
PayPay, convenience store payment, and bank transfer are currently under preparation and will be introduced gradually after availability.
Payment will be completed at the time of order placement or at the timing specified by the relevant payment service provider.
The terms and conditions of each payment service provider shall apply to the use of such services.
Shipping
Shipping methods, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times shall be subject to the separately established "Shipping Policy."
After order and payment confirmation, orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
Delivery within Japan is generally expected to take approximately 5–10 business days after shipment.
However, delivery may take longer than usual due to order volume, weather conditions, transportation circumstances, shipping company conditions, customs procedures, busy seasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Shipping Fees
For deliveries within Japan, shipping fees are as follows:
- Orders of 5,000 yen or more: Free shipping
- Orders under 5,000 yen: Shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included)

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be handled in accordance with the separately established "Return and Refund Policy."
Customers who wish to return an item must contact the Store within 7 days after receiving the product.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used
- Products damaged or contaminated due to customer responsibility
- Products returned more than 8 days after delivery
Differences in natural stone characteristics, including color, patterns, transparency, inclusions, cracks, shine, and differences between the actual product and product images, are considered natural characteristics of the material and will generally not be regarded as defects.
For returns or exchanges due to defects, damage, incorrect shipment, or other reasons attributable to the Store, the Store will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to customer preference, the customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests can only be accepted for orders that have not yet been shipped.
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact the Store as soon as possible.
Cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted.
Customer Accounts
When customers register an account or use account functions, they must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The Store shall not be responsible for delays in delivery, inability to contact customers, or other disadvantages caused by incorrect registration information, except in cases where the Store has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Minor Customers
Customers under the age of majority must use the Store with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Prohibited Activities
Customers shall not engage in the following activities:
- Registering false information
- Placing orders by impersonating another person
- Using the Store for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Engaging in fraudulent payments or fraudulent orders
- Causing damage to the Store or third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the Store
- Unauthorized use of product images, text, logos, designs, or other content belonging to the Store
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Store
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to images, text, logos, designs, product descriptions, and other content displayed on the Store belong to the Store or their rightful owners.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or other use of such content without prior permission from the Store is prohibited.

External Services and Links
The Store may use external services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, social media integration, and other service purposes.
The terms of use and privacy policies of such external service providers may apply when using these services.
Handling of Personal Information

Disclaimer
The Store strives to maintain product quality and improve the accuracy of information provided on its website. However, unless required by law, the Store does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or reliability of all information.
The Store shall not be liable for damages arising from natural disasters, communication failures, shipping delays, transportation issues, system failures, customs procedures, payment service failures, or other circumstances beyond the Store's reasonable control, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the Store.
