After reviewing the details, we will respond with an appropriate solution, such as a return, exchange, or refund.

Natural stones have individual variations in color, pattern, transparency, inclusions, cracks, and light reflection.

These natural characteristics are generally not considered product defects.

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, please contact us in advance within 7 days after receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for used products, products damaged or stained due to customer responsibility, or products more than 8 days after delivery.
