Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you receive a defective product, a damaged item, or an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing your inquiry, we will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Natural stones each have their own unique characteristics, including differences in color, patterns, transparency, inclusions, cracks, and sparkle.
These natural variations are considered inherent characteristics of natural stones and are generally not regarded as product defects.
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, please contact us in advance within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been used
- Products damaged or soiled due to the customer’s responsibility
- Products returned more than 8 days after delivery
